Dionna Sargent is a dedicated community development leader and lifelong servant committed to strengthening neighborhoods and expanding opportunity for all in Delaware. She’s spent more than 15 years working at the intersection of real estate, finance, and public service, and her work is grounded in improving access to affordable housing, community resources, and pathways out of homelessness.
Dionna currently serves as Vice President and Tri-State Area Market Leader for Cinnaire where she partners with local organizations in Wilmington to advance community development efforts. Deeply rooted in service, Dionna serves on the boards of Central Baptist Community Development Corporation, Habitat for Humanity of New Castle County, REACH Riverside, and Theatrical Delights, and is an active member of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc. – Delaware Chapter and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Zeta Omega Chapter.
Dionna’s commitment to Sojourners’ Place Homeless Shelter is driven by her belief that everyone deserves to live in a community where there is hope, opportunity, and dignity. As a Celebrity Star Server for the Neighbors at the Table Pancake Breakfast, she is proud to support efforts that provide shelter, stability, and a path forward for individuals and families experiencing homelessness in Delaware.
